Our frames are kiln-dried solid Sheesham, treated against warping. Most furniture at this price uses engineered wood or plywood, which swells and delaminates in Kerala's humidity. That is the one place we decided not to save money.

Every piece carries a one-year service warranty. If something goes wrong with the frame or structure under normal household use within that year, bring your order details to any showroom and the team will sort it out.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, so we would much rather you sat on the sofa first. That is what the showrooms are for — five of them across Kozhikode and Kannur, with the range out on the floor to test. If something arrives damaged or defective, that is different: contact us and we will replace it.
