Where we deliver

We deliver across Kerala, with doorstep delivery to all major cities and towns including Kozhikode, Kochi, Thrissur, Kannur, and Malappuram. Delivery to locations outside Kerala is available for select products; contact us at info@zodiya.com or +91 7994321010 before ordering to confirm serviceability and charges for your pincode.

Delivery timelines

  • Home utility, decor, and kitchen items: 3 to 7 business days
  • Furniture (in stock): up to 3 weeks
  • Made-to-order or customised furniture: up to 1 month, confirmed at the time of order

Timelines are counted from order confirmation. During sale periods, festivals, or heavy monsoon days, deliveries may take longer. We will keep you informed of any delay.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Large furniture deliveries to certain locations may carry an additional charge, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp with tracking or delivery scheduling details. For furniture deliveries, our team will call you to fix a convenient delivery slot.

Delivery and assembly

Furniture is delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible (lift availability, staircase width, floor number) and inform us in advance of any access constraints. Assembly support, where applicable, is confirmed at the time of order.

At the time of delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 48 hours as per our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy. We recommend taking an unboxing video for large furniture items.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the location is inaccessible, or no one is available to receive the order after scheduled attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

In-store pickup
